Marvell Hansford is the owner of two businesses, A-Rusalka, Inc and Hire Line Solutions, LLC.

One of them is a highly valued transitional housing for recovering addicts and people wanting to gain experience in social norms with a good work environment, while the other is an accomplished accountant company. 

Ever a student, she has taken personal development classes since 1984 and coached for various companies with previous work experience for Context International.

Marvell is valued for her exemplary academic performance and leadership skills. When she isn’t working hard to help others, she is watercolor painting.
